Functionality

MathShot! (version 1.0) can handle any mathematics problem that an undergraduate student is likely to come across. In particular, it can instantly solve any problem in

• Differential Equations (both ODE, PDE, and Linear Systems)
• Linear Algebra
• Probability and Statistics
• Geometry and Topology
• Basic Abstact Algebra
• Discrete Math (Graph Theory, Combinatorics)
• Even Word Problems!!

Version 1.0 of MathShot! does have some limitations. It can only do proofs by induction and other simple arguments. More advanced mathematical proofs will be available in Version 2.0 which will have an extensive logic engine and will include a cloud based expert system.

We are also developing MathShot! Lite which will have a simpler interface for students at non-engineering schools like the University of Georgia.
